DUPLICATE: Farming out children for tutoring gains no positive opinions

I checked this several times. I offered children of my current monarch to various people in my realm to be educated, and the screen obligingly said the people I chose as tutors would each receive +20 for the honor. Checked the screens afterward, and in every case, there was no change to the value.

Good. Hopefully, then, it will be fixed in a patch; but no harm comes from verifying a bug with another thread, since searching for the first one is frequently impossible given the sheer repetition across threads of key words.

I'm closing this as it's duplicate. Although there is quite heavy traffic going on, please still try to 1. confirm that you really are reporting a bug (which this clearly is) 2. search for duplicates. Makes things more easy for the devs (and mods as well).

Another thing, if you see something which is more likely a balance/game mechanics thing and not a real bug, please post in main discussion forum first. (not related to this thread but a general suggestion).
