When I build Royal Posts it's "demesne penalty reductions" has not impact on the province.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
I think that the tool tip ought to be changed from whatever it is right now to 'reduces maximum demence penalty by 20%' as currently it doesn't seem to indicate very well thats its the maximum penatly which is lowered, rather than the penalty itself.

You need to have a penatly of over 80% to see the effect (I believe)... It'll then limit the penalty to 80% IIRC.
