Weird Inheritance Issue

Playing as Count of York I managed to become Duke of Leinster in Ireland by the 3rd generation. A little bit later the message box pops up saying Richard Duke of Leinster has inherited Jordan, the inheritance consists of claims on the Count of York and Penthievre.
First of all I am the Count of Penthievre and the Count of York is my vassal. Not a problem to get extra claims. The problem is, What the heck is Jordan? Where is it? Although it says I inherited Jordan, I do not see any extra provinces in my demense. It doesn't say I inherited the title of Count of Jordan. It just says I inherited Jordan. Help. Can someone explain this?
