Hello all. I'm playing Oranje's Holland scenario, and have encountered a situation that I don't understand. When the Jean Calvin event occurred, I immediately switched from Catholic to Reformed. However, it's been over 15 years since the conversion, and all the other Dutch provinces still under Spanish control are as quiet as a mime. I check repeatedly on these provinces, and the revolt risk never budges over 0%. What gives?? The whole reason I picked this scenario in the first place is that I wanted to experience the thrill of molding a shapeless, rebellious mob into a great power. However, I'm still only a 1 province nation, and I've tried declaring war on Spain to force the issue, but as soon as I do, all my allies drop out on me, and I'm left to fight against Spain AND all her allies (Poland-Lithuania especially), and this is a totally ahistorical situation. Can anyone give me some help on this matter? Am I doing something wrong, or should I just start a GC with another power, and then switch to Holland when the rebellion breaks out? And if so, how do I do that?

Thanks in advance for your help!
