DV bug - whose getting married?

I've got the little 'someone in your dynasty can get married' icon appearing in the upper right of my screen, but there are only 4 dynasty members of age under my direct control, all of them already married. The icon appeared several days after my current character's brother died and I inherited his realm (and his 15 year old daughter was added to my court - my best guess as to the cause.) Don't really need to know how to fix things - tisn't that big of a deal - but figured I should let you guys know.

This happens to me as well usually when my heir dies but hes a duke or something (so in control of his own marriage) the game must then try to put him back in my court so it thinks he can marry but hes dead. Just save and reload and it goes away.
