When dynastic stability is enabled during a Clash of Kings, some really odd things happen. Like, for example, Stannis Baratheon after winning the Iron Throne deciding that he's better off as a Targaryen.
 
Wow, here was I, imagining that such a thing was impossible, but it looks like Stannis hatred for both Robert and Renly was even bigger than we thought.

But house Baratheon is a branch of house Targaryen, so it's a stretch, but not completelly out of the blue. :-D
 
Stannis changing to a Targaryen is not an intended effect of the system, will fix it so there are more restrictions!
