Description​

My PC's mother is dead, yet she still is the house and dynasty head. This locks me out of ever acquiring dynasty legacies, as there is no living head to spend the points on nor can the title of head pass on, as the mother can't die again.

Steps to reproduce​

It was early on in a game and my dynasty consisted of only three characters, my PC, his sister, and her son. While travelling across the sea, both my PC and his sister, who was part of the entourage, died in a storm. While her son inherited the title of count like normal, the position of dynasty head passed on to his now deceased mother.
