Economy doesn't make sense...

So, after some time i dusted my vic2 and played Italy, formed Italy in 1846, feeling good and all, then i go into economic to see how to help my Italian friends grow as fast as possible..then i see when i go to factory and try to get details for instance:

Fabric factory e.g.:

i produce about 105 fabric (70 artisans and 35 factories), and factory says it produces 35 fabric per day (and no mention of unsold fabric-meaning it sold ALL it produced yeah?),
then i check USED BY:and it amounts to 22 something fabric..so my society only needs 22, rest is not sold or exported..

but then i see when i hover on fabric icon it says my factories sold 8 fabric domestically, ...so no export, and in factory when i hover it says they sold all 35 fabric.. like who is lying to me right now, the factory komissars or the production tab..ffs..

I trust the factory komisars over the central planning bureau. The factory tab is accurate in my experience. Do note that some data is for today and some data is for yesterday.

yeah i also figured some disrepancies due to "yesterday" reports vs. today or almost today.. its like trading with half a day delay.. feel weird and disconnected and always a feeling somebody is lying this ass off..

As a rule of thumb, the factory screen can be trusted, but the trade screen is full of lies.
