The Policies and Edicts screen shows the Edict Fund used and the total Edict Fund available. For those of us arithmetically challenged would you also show the difference (net Edict funds available) so that I can easily see which Edicts that I can add.
 
75/110. If you can't grasp that it's a 35 at a glance then... perhaps... play simpler games? I'm not sure doing that is...

That said - this is something a mod can more easily cater to you, showing a green or red +35 next to that.
