Hey all.

Trying to edit a CORE saved game, just trying to add some resources to the Soviets.

I'm using the Doomsday editor (cant find one in the CORE folder). I browse and find the save game, click load, change the resources values and then click save. It then pauses like it is saving and then is fine. However, I start CORE and load the game and nothing has changed. I then go back to the editor and load the save I edited and the values were the same as before and my changes were not saved.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,
Tom.

It's a problem with the editor, ap, and it's been around a long while. As Ghost points out, it's generally much easier to work on the save file directly. If I do have to use the editor, however, I've found that I can sometimes get a result by putting in a null entry after completing the change I want to make. Try completing the edit as normal then go to a new line and click on it before saving.
