Editing the AI files

Hi all! Sorry if this was already asked and answered, but i was guessing, in the AI files, which lines should be altered in order to have efective invasions from the sea? I really mean, making the AI-controlled nations embark armies capable of doing a proper siege, and send them across the sea to an island or another continent.
I'm all ears to your replies

I dont know if it has what you're looking for but I thought I'd mention it.
