Editing the initial relationships between nations

I'm looking for some advice on how the beginning diplomatic relations between two nations can be altered in the grand campaign.

My current pet project is an alternate GC scenario that starts Scotland as a vassal of England. Setting up the vassalhood is easy... but I can't find the proper place to modify their starting relations (-60 to +180).

Can anyone help?

In inc file find entry: tag = ENG and add following:
diplomacy = { relation = { tag = SCO value = 180.00000 refusetrade = no }
Then find entry: tag = SCO and add following:
diplomacy = { relation = { tag = ENG value = 180.00000 refusetrade = no }
