How might one edit trade efficiency (TE) in a save game? Specifically, I accidentally (don't ask) entered into 2 trade agreements w/o saving and lost .02 TE. I canceled the trade agreements and now want to reclaim my .02 TE. Thanks.

Your TE should come back automatically as soon as you cancel the agreements. Did you check with a save from before the agreements to see if you have the same efficiency now?
