I've search searched in all the folders in "common" but I could'nt find the file where I could edit victory conditions. Does anyone know where it is located ? Thx

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
They do not appear to be moddable at all sadly. I hope paradox adds support for this soon
