Editor Errors

Ello mates!

I've run into a problem I've never encountered before. I've been attempting to make changes to various scenarios using the editor included in DD. No matter what the change, I am unable to save the scenario.

Error message - Cannot create file .\scenarios\1936\chc_36.inc.

That's just an example. No scenario can be altered and or saved. FYI, I have a new comp and have installed HoI2 plus the 1.3a patch, then DD with the most recent patch.

Perhaps it's something I've done wrong?

Maybe Windows has the Hoi2 folder write-protected, this was the problem for me.

That happens to me a lot too. You just have to exit HoI2 and then you can save.
