Hello everyone. Im glad to join the forums but Im soory it had to be with a problem right off the bat. Please bear with me...
I bought the Game a few days ago and have been messing with the editor, or trying to. There seems to be a problem with the map in the editor overlapping the editors' controls. This is a screenshot I took of the editor open on my desktop. Notice the controls are partly hidden by the map portion of the editor.
An example of the problem also is on the "Countries" tab, (of the 3 tabs, "provinces", "Alliances", and "Countries"), I can only click in the tab and quickly move the curser off the editor to get an opportunity to pick a country to include in my scenario. Scrolling the list is only done with difficulty. It looks like this...
I have done several searches in these forums and found no mention of the problem. I also looked in the "Known Bugs" Threads and so far not found anything on this problem. I have tried several different resolutions for my screen to no avail. These screens were taken at 1152X864X16. I have tried all the way down to 800X640.
Im hoping to make a smaller scenario involving only a few countries so I can practice the game before I get involved in a global size fight. Any help is appreciated.
My system specs are:
Pentium3 @ 1ghz w/512MBpc-133 RAM
Radeon 8500 w/64mb Vidram
SB Live X-Gamer
17"Samsung monitor
WinME operating system
