After choosing an education path for a child, what influences the quality of the education trait it gets? Do the tutor, maester, or the base stats of the child increase the chance of a good stat?

I was all about incorporating the "Educator's" trait in the calculation, but was outvoted.

The mechanics that are in, take in account the child's base learning stat.
With a mild random element added to it, for seasoning.
