EEP - Historical vs. Fantasy

I've just recently downloaded the EEP and started a new game. I did not know which way I should go with the choice of just historical or both historical and fantasy events. I decided to go just historical first and then go back and try it with fantasy as well. My question is - is there some place I can find a run down of what has been changed in all patches 0.1, 0.2 and 1.0? I've read the read me file but it says "too many to list". Are the changes in the downloaded info? Perhaps another thread I don't know about? I ask because as Burgundy in 1450 I have not noticed much of a change in the events for the GC thus far (and I mean for everyone, not just Burgundy). Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIK the only difference between the two versions so far is that the Fantasy version has an extensive set of events for Byzantium, plus some for Wales.

There are tons of new events for England, almost all Russian events are redone and a few more added, Ottomans got a few more. Not to mention Byzantium. Some events for Golden Horde, Mantua, Uzbeks, Atjeh, Malacca, too many to list

How about all those "Kingdom of Lotharingia" events mentioned in the Burgundy EEP thread? Are those considered historical? or fantasy since Burgundy did not historically exist for that long in reality?

That's fantasy - the reason I didn't mention those is that they are not included yet (as of 1.0).

Any idea when the next EEP patch might be applied? I assume there was a desire to wait for the 1.05 patch first.
