Eithopia: Crash to Desktop

OK, I understand not many people play Eithopia but I wanted a challenge

Start a '36 scenario as Eithopia. Once the game loads:

1. Pause it
2. Go to Production
3. click on Province

You are now back to the desktop.

This really irkes me since Eithopia is such a powerhouse :rofl:

After further investigation, it appears that if a country has not researched Bas Construction (which gives the user the ability to build sonething in the province) the game CTD.

Not having the source code, I assuming a simple condictional statement where if the country doesn't have tech XXXX then don't attempt to load the province screen.

If you research the tech thenclick on the province it works.

The last couple of days have been rather active trying to get the game out and helping people getting started without frustrations
