Election events WAD

I recently bought DH and tried playing the DH full mode. Decided USA 36 would be a good easy starting point, but I got to November and the election event comes up and I only get one choice.

I think I am over the dissent threshold to get the choice for Landon according to

action = { trigger = { dissent = 5 }
ai_chance = 10
name = "elec_LAN"

I also tried the same thing as France (since they get an early election event as well). I've tried reinstalling, and updating to the latest beta and nothing seems to help.

Playing on Win7. Install location C/gaming/Darkest Hour

It's WAD. You don't get a choice in these events, most of the time you'll get Roosevelt but sometimes it will be Landon.
