Hi everybody, EU II can always satisfy us with a great scenario.
ElioKasp follows main guidelines of ElioGC but on Kasperus map (link) .
This scenario needs an event file to be played; put eliokasp.txt in db/events folder.
There are seriously chances about losing vs AI wars.
South China (Wu = U17) can't be picked. No CTD for a date now.
