I need a little help. I can't for the life of me edit this image to use as a custom emblem. I was wondering if someone more proficient could edit it for me.

Well... I believe you'll still need to do the conversion to the final image format, since the forum likely won't support non-standard formats, but it only took a minute or two to crop and reduce to the required 256x256...

Snag yourself a copy of paint.net. it's free and it's great for that kind of stuff. Easy to learn the basics too. It's no Photoshop, but it can crop, recolor, change formats, combine images, and generally do anything you'd need to do make a custom emblem.
