Description​

The empire of china mission "the examinations system" does not work properly since new update, granting bonuses originally designed for ming (some of them are just redundant for qing like reducing admin overextension even tho this modifier doesnt exist on qing or harmonizing pagan religion twice) and swapping the tooltip to correct one after completing the mission
