Feel free to close this. Reloaded the game and issue went away. But do investigate it. It might cause issues to a players.

save and re load the game. that should fix it but if the issue still persist which is uncommon, try it one more time or re load from an earlier saved game.

I'm experiencing this issue now on my first playthrough about 25 hours in. Is there any fix yet? I don't really want to start over yet...
