Can’t enter montmontre cafe building had to speak to guard, guards fought me an died in battle now I can’t enter building and can’t progress now

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Begin it’s all Irish quest have to enter montmontre cafe building, speak to guard, meet with white hand, approach the building the guards fight you then you kill them an then the building doesn’t let you in an you get the message it’s locked an to speak with guard but there is no guard

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
There is no guard outside to continue the quest and there is no marker for me to find out where I confront the white hand at.
