Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
IT'S ALL IRSH TO ME: some time I can talk to the guard out side of the building. Most of the time when I head to talk to the guard it Put me into combat mode to fight the guard's outside of the building after wining the fight I try to enter the building it say it is lock. Since the new release of Make it Count. I can not finish this quest. Also sometime when finishing combat it say building Unknow. I have restart the game multiply of times deleted all my save files, also verify the integrity of game on steam still with the same end result.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
You Tell me. how come no one from team ever check the bug reports on steam or even responds to us user on Steam?

Hello,

I had the same problem on this quest i found how to by pass this quest this week end:

1. launch in developers mode
2. when in your saved game activate it with ALT+1
3. go to : Mission boss Test Utils > Capone > 5_Red Handed (the quest following All irish to me) > Test From Sub Mission1
4. save > exit the developers mode

Here my question to you why is the game not been updated in small patch in 10 day it will be almost a month since Make it Count has been release??
