Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
In "Loose Threads" I buy poison from Sal and it doesn't appear in my inventory to trade with Saltis (in my game) or to put into his stills. If I go to the location I cannot start fighting as there are no enemies.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play the mission, buy poison from Sal. Also none of my rackets were returned after the Hoffman Casino mission so I have no storage. I chose to fight the BOI, got the debt forgiven, bought the poison from Sal.
How much "pain" is this causing you?

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
This is a critical issue since I have no rackets, or any buildings, no crew and earn no income, so the game is essentially broken for me.
