Empire of Vietnam(Japanese.puppet) ?

Has anyone made the empire of Vietnam(Japanese.puppet) before as a nation in a mod or something? Possible candidates could be Bảo Đại as HS and Trần Trọng Kim for hog. Yuitsu Tsuchihashi chief of staff can be Yuitsu Tsuchihashi and even foreign minister. Hồ Đắc Khải minister of security. Ngo Dinh Diem pro Japanese minister maybe foreign minister.

Isn't Vietnam already releasable? Have you checked revolt.txt? Iirc, that is where such nations were listed

Vietnam (VIE) and Communist Vietnam(U72) are both available in revolt.txt already. If you check ministers_vie you will see what ministers were chosen. Why try to reinvent the wheel? ministers_u72 if you prefer the commies.

I think he mods for an AOD mod but has come on here for suggestions and assistance for several years. I've never seen him release a mod for DH in all these years.

AOD is working on a new version. If I remember right, 1.13 is in beta/final testing right now.

Edit: But the forum is pretty dead because they have moved over to discord. There's probably a link somewhere in the AOD forum.

This. AoD forum is mostly inactive, but AoD devs are pretty active on Discord. They are working on new 1.13 and 1.14 patches. You can even talk to them or make suggestions on Discord and they will respond.

My dream (very unlikely at this point) would be to see Darkest Hour 2 or new big DH DLC/big free patch one day. DH 2 would have best features from AoD and Iron Cross that are currently missing in DH.

1.06 is in the works for DH and it will have some big changes that most players will like very much

DH 2 would have best features from AoD and Iron Cross that are currently missing in DH.

That sounds great to me too but getting devs from 3 games to work together like that doesn't seem super likely. Unfortunately

I made a small mini mod for DH and I do aid forum users with pictures when I can. I have many times said that I can help DH developers with extra files and suggestion. Not too often the DH developers need new files. I do not mod much for AOD, but I work on the developers team. Thanks for the inputs on leaders for empire og Vietnam.
