Considering how heavily modded Paradox games are it would be great if the official Paradox Launcher had a mod conflict detection capability. Ideally would also show you which files are in conflict.

Examples: Paradoxos Mod Manager (out of date but still works to large degree, easy to understand and simple UI)

Irony Mod Manager (up to date, more details and advanced functions, conflict solver/mod merger)
