End of Iberian Struggle Status Quo was a bit weird

Description​

I dont know if it's a bug to be honest. AI ended the struggle in compromise which makes kingdom titles to be empire titles. I had 2 kingdom tier vassals in Iberia, unified Castille and Aragon. King of Valencia (independent AI) ended the struggle and Aragon became an empire which gave them indepedence. I was expecting the same for both Castille and Aragon, both going independent or both being kingoms under my empire. Maybe each ruler got an event to decide to become independent or not?
