Confirmed Enemy units can get stuck inside player's domain if a player attracked population and expanded the domain

Hey Scanix, thank you for your report. Do you have a save file available before you annexed that province? Then we can check what happened during that change.

Thanks for the save file @Sesamies! I checked and one of the unit seems to be moving out of the city in the next turn. The only one that's still standing there is the hero. Is it possible that the hero moved after 22 turns? It could be that it's waiting in your domain for its next assignment, but we'll look into it to confirm what's going on
