ENHANCEMENT REQUEST: Condition status for vassala and annex

As an enhance i would propose that the conditions text, to propose another nation as vassal or to annex, appear in diferent colours depending whether that certain condition is already accomplished (green/gold) or not (red/grey).

Not so far as we know, no. Maybe when EU3 becomes abandonware ...
