EOF Issue with language

Is there a way to change the language of EOF?

I just downloaded the patch. Before the patch the language of the game was english without any problems.

Now after downloading EOF my game is split between english/german (I am german but prefered english since the localisation of SOTS2 is bad and ä is displayed as ?)
Part of the game is german but alot of desciptions and other stuff is english.

Example of bad translation: Survey has been translated as Umfrage (which translates back to a survey but not in the astronomical sense but in taking the opinions of people)

Please check on STEAM what the DOWNLOAD REGION is set to.

1. Start STEAM client.
2. Select STEAM from the menu (at top of client)
3. Choose SETTINGS
4. Go to the DOWNLOADS + CLOUD tab
5. Check what it says under the DOWNLOAD REGION

Apparently its an issue that will be corrected shortly by the devs.
