Epic Games Achievement Issue

I recently played EU4 as Holland to get the "Je maintiendrai" achievement, and it unlocked in the game, but did not register to Epic. I know the run was eligible for achievements because I played on Ironman, used the correct start date, and got the achievement "It's all about luck" in the same run, and that did register to Epic. I like to achievement hunt in Paradox games, so this is frustrating. My hope is to get a resolution that prevents this happening again, even better if I can sync Epic to the game and unlock Je maintiendrai. I have had other achievements work fine, but the prospect of running a larger campaign and not getting the achievement makes me want to get this sorted.

I don't know of any way to force the Epic website or client to acknowledge the achievements that are in the game I'm afraid.

I have the same problem on Stellaris with some achievements that are unlocked in-game but not unlocked on the paradox website https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/games/stellaris-gog/achievements

The achievement popup is shown the first time I complete it but when I go to https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/games/stellaris-gog/achievements it is still locked.
You say it is not unlocked on your Epic client but is it unlocked here https://accounts.paradoxplaza.com/games ?
