Epic Games and Paradox Launcher confusion

I bought Cities Skylines from Epic Games and it doesn't show on the list of My Games in the Paradox Launcher.
If I try to run it through Epic, it just crashes.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've synced the accounts and everything ...

You've done nothing wrong - this will never work. Epic provide no way of syncing game ownership to Paradox accounts. You need to play their games from their launcher.

Furthermore CSL was never ported to the standalone Paradox launcher anyway.


As for the crash, make a new thread in CSL Tech Support and supply there the problem history and game's log file.
