Hello, I'm not able to play Prison Architect when I enter the game the message Open GL version not supported appears, so the game opens at 3 fps and after a few minutes it closes, my laptop has an i3 and intel HD 3000, I know that the minimum requirements are not enough, but before I played normally above 50 fps, I've found several people with the same problem apparently none of them managed to solve the problem, sorry for the weak english I'm using google translator

As you say that is not a supported video hardware system for this game. But it used to run up to some point, is that right?

Please attach here the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

About a year ago I played without problems, I saw some people saying that this happens due to the use of two monitors but in my case I use one monitor on my laptop because it has a broken screen, so there is no way to remove it, I've tried to extend and duplicate the screens but it didn't work.

From that we can see this machine only has 4gb of system memory, requirements are a minimum of 6gb.

And the Intel 3000 video driver dates from 2016. You could check with Toshiba support for an updated one, or Intel themselves:

If those don't work out, I don't think this game version will ever run on this machine, I'm sorry. Whether Epic have a way to supply you with a previous game version I don't know - I know that's not possible on Steam or Microsoft.

If not, I hope you have access to another machine that meets the game's specs!

I know that my computer doesn't have the minimum requirements to play the game, I made that clear in the first post, but still the game worked perfectly I believe it's a problem of compatibility with two monitors and not my hardware lumination since other people had the same problem when using two monitors

I've never heard or come across that problem, but if you believe that is causing your issue by all means let's pursue that avenue.

I guess the only way you can test that is to get the laptop screen fixed and unplug the external monitor, is that doable?

Well, I believe that the problem is not the two monitors in each other because when I played the last time I was already using both monitors what changed was that I removed the original screen from the laptop because it was being useless and in doing so I ended up breaking a plug , so unfortunately there is no way to put it back to test, but one thing changed after I removed the screen my lap top resolution was limited to 1024x768 before it was 1360x768 to use the normal resolution of the monitor I activate just the external monitor as you see in the image, maybe the game is identifying that the laptop doesn't support a higher resolution so it limits the performance and activates the safemode, and is it possible to force the deactivation of the safe mode ? maybe deactivating the game will return to normal, sorry for the insistence.

I'm not sure what you are asking there. You are saying safe mode has been disabled in some way? Or you want to disable it?

I still don't understand. If you don't choose to use Safe Mode when you start the game, it is not in operation. Are you saying you don't even want to option for it to appear when you start the game?

And if we did that somehow, how would it help you?
