Yeah, I forget the event #, but if its a big deal, I can load my save (my PC is kinda slow).
Anyhoo, after annexing all of France around 1440, I got an event that allowed me to change Burgundy into France, but keeping the dutch culture and provs, while losing German culture. The bug is small, but there is no text for the event. When you mouse over the choices, you can see what they do fine, but there is no "flavor" text, and the selections are missing titles as well. All that appears is the event number, and the choice numbers for it.
