Error in Language file ??

Hi have just re-installed HOI 2 DD. Before i enter game i get a message on my desktop telling me that theres an " Error in Language file" hearts of Iron 2 Doomsday.....??
Can anybody tell me why this is and how to rectify it, Thanks for any assistance ?

BTW i just re-installed this game and have not before or since a re-install used the Editor ;(

I get the same errors, first time playing DD. Errors affect Intelligence, the Hospital line in Land Warfare Doctrine, and the Escort Carriers in Naval Research (and production, deployment and play - so basically all aspects). The game isn't non-playable, but, so many instances of "UNKNOWN STRING" isn't intuitive.
