This happened after I installed mod Colony but after got rid of it. I started from a clean install even delating the folder, and still can't install 1.03 patch. 1.01 patch works.

Windows 98
466 Celirun
Had 1.03 before I installed mod Colony

mod Colony is a mod that takes place from 1950 to the present

It was done in French and changed my entire Vicky French.

Look for the sticky thread in this forum named "self help guide"
Notice that "1. Uninstall" is a hyperlink, select it and follow the manual uninstall instructions.
You should then be able to reinstall.
