the game crashed several times while loading and then the game did not start at all and this error message was displayed

Description​

I wanted to play the game after a long time and it didn't work. I tried to solve it: updated drivers, deactivated mods, installed visual c++ and .netframework manually, uninstalled the game including manually deleting ALL files, problem handling in steam, other compatibility for windows 8 instead of windows 11 and start the game with the .exe file and deactivating cloud storage.
Restarting the computer during the individual processes.
Last crash report in the attachment.
