Error #specialist_skill_scavenge after CRASH

Hello.
I started game few hours ago, and i have huge problem. The game just crashed for no reason. After relaunch game, i noticed that main quest disappears. On map are locations that i think are main quest, but after attempt to explore it i can see only descreption "#SPECIALIST_SKILL_SCAVENGE" as on picture below. I tried to relaunch game, save and load, but the issue is all the time.
I'm playing on version 1.25.0.2775 by EPIC Games.
Please help me find solution of this problem.

note: [appdata] is a hidden folder. Need to toggle off the hide/show items in Options or on the View bar in Explorer

Okey, problem is solved. I started new game without "childhood" problems.

I mean i started my colony with correct planning of buildings and sectors And i'm doing all the time saves, because i know it can crash in any moment. Also to be honest i haven't noticed crash anymore.
