Currently when converting from CK to EU2 some provinces become unowned. I've tracked down three Duchy entries which are not being currectly handled by the converter, but there may be more.
The following 3 lines need to be inserted in eu2_country.csv BEFORE the C001 entry; inserting them after will not work correctly:
DFRA;FRA;Ile de France
TOLE;CAS;Toledo
SJAE;DAN;Sjaelland
