Erros when installing

Error when installing

I received the English version of EU. The German version works fine on my PC , however I get an error message when installing the enlish version. The message says:

An error occurred while launching the set up. Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

The german game works fine on my PC, why can't I install the English version?
