I had a look at your save. It crashes for me as well and gives the following stacktrace(on Linux, because windows doesn't show the stacktraces):

It is somehow related to Tzotzil(LAC) who is a secondary defender in the "Aztec Subjugation of Totonac". If I remove them from the war, the game doesn't crash. But I don't know why, because there is no reason for an automatic white peace, because the war started on 1516.6.11 which is less than 5 years. And Tzotzil is getting sieged down so there is even less reason for an automatic white peace. And doing a white peace with console commands does not cause the crash.

I think it is best if you post your save and my analysis in the bugreports forum.

As a workaround, you can try to revert back to version 1.37.2 and pass the date of the crash there. Ideally you do that with an older save which you never loaded in 1.37.3, because going back to the older version could cause other problems. Likewise it could be that the problem was somehow caused by continuing this 1.37.2 save after todays update to 1.37.3
