Description​

If Ethiopia takes the League of Nations embargo resolution, and Italy is in a civil war, the embargo will not target the fascist Repubblica Sociale Italiana, but rather will target the original Italy, which has started the civil war and is not at war with Ethiopia, but is in fact fighting with them against fascist Italy.

Set Italy to go a civil war path
Set Ethiopia to go historical
Wait for League of Nations Embargo Resolution
Note that the embargo hits the Italy which is involved in the civil war.
