EU hangs when loading a saved scenario

I have played GC with victory option order (Auftrag). When trying to load a saved game EU always hangs (einlesen Scenario). It seems to be a bug.
By the way: are players informed about the orders to solve? I had expected to get an order, but there were no informations. Is it right?
