Hi, I just recently got EU Rome Gold Edition off of Direct2Drive. Anytime I try to exit the program I get a system crash. I understand that a patch 2.2 was released and it's supposed to fix this. But I'm not able to install it. Any time I download the patch,from a website as the Direct2Drive version doesn't have a launcher, and attempt to install it I get a message that says Vae Victus not found. The websites that I tried downloading it off of say that the 2.2 patch they have is also for the Gold Version which obviously has the Vae Visctus expansion. When I start up the Gold Edition, the start menu the title Vae Victus is in the background, so I know for sure that my version does have Vae Victus installed with it.
BTW from the error message report I can clearly tell that my version is not 2.2 My program is registered and I far exceed the system requirements my OS is XP 32
How come I can't download the 2.2 patch, and if not is there anything I can do to prevent the exit crashes? Thanks
