EU Rome Gold on Steam errors :(

I just bought EU Rome Gold on Steam, because I really enjoyed EUIII. But im having issues starting my game up on Windows 7 x64. I looked around the support forums and haven't really found anything to help my issue. Both EU3 and HOI3 work great on my comp, they are on steam as well, so i wonder why Rome wont work.

I get 2 runtime errors when ever the game is starting and reaches "Loading Database's". I will upload a Screen shot of both errors. Any help would be appreciated

Steam has an option to Verify Downloads, try that. If it fails, try deleting the files only in the /map/cache/ directory .

You are a genius!!! I fixed my issue by Verifying the integrity of the game files and it worked like a charm, had 2 files that failed and it re downloaded the 2 files. I guess my steam backup was messed up. Thank you very much.
