I downloaded a scenario editor for EU2 and I can't play the scenario multiplayer...anyone else had the same issue?? I downloaded it Here. The site does not mention anything about this being a single player scenario.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
All players must have the scenario in order for you to be able to play multiplayer with it.
Well the scenario is on all 3 pc's so I don't think that would be the problem, but I will investigate further
