This looks like you have both
1) the rightmost sprite: screwed the .spr file in terms of the "frame" value
2) the palette files are screwed...

They already exist, you can modify their palette via graphic editors...

I don't know why, but the only working sprites are A-Fire's one... It's strange, because if the palette didn't work, the attacking sprites would not work too... But I only have problems with my walking and standing sprites... (I think standing sprite doesn't work because I have only 1 frame)...
The number of frames begins at 0 or 1? Because I have 10 frames in every sprite.bmp so i would wrote 10 frames?
